I started my journey in manufacturing 19 years ago as an operator on the line.With 19+ years in manufacturing and 15+ years in leadership roles, I've transformed underperforming operations into industry leaders.This helped me to grow from a line operator to a Senior Director in just 6-7 years, while the average growth in the field is 15-20 years.
In addition to this - I achieved fast growth TWICE, on two different continents.My "Lean Leader Formula" approach translates complex operational principles into actionable leadership frameworks that deliver measurable results.I'm passionate about helping manufacturing leaders develop the skills to optimize processes, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional operational results while advancing their careers.
